Helen Floor

As the new Director of Resource Recruitment Helen is enjoying working with her new team whilst dividing her time between her other role as MD of 1-1 Recruitment, based in Winchester.  

Helen is highly qualified in HR and as a Life Coach, with extensive experience of the recruitment industry across a range of markets built upon an earlier career in the legal and construction industries. Helen’s strengths lie in recruitment, headhunting and life coaching, tapping into her extensive network, particularly within Hampshire.

Her company culture is replicated in her trustworthy, sincere and honest approach. She is passionate about people and their development and has a lively sense of humour which enables her to tackle even the most challenging of events.

Helen remains very hands-on with the business, ensuring the core values and individual approach remain constant at the very heart of the business offering.

Sarah Mills

Sarah Mills works closely with Helen Floor, our Director, in ensuring that the core values and individual approach remain constant at the heart of our business offering.

Sarah’s business experience spans a wide range of roles from Sales & Marketing Director to Commercial Director and she has been responsible for many departments, including sales, marketing, supply chain, buying, technical and operations. For the last ten years Sarah has worked for a FMCG company, turnover £120m, supplying industry leading supermarket retailers.

Sarah’s experience managing and motivating large teams, delivering technical excellence, understanding customers business, and controlling targets to deliver on time and budget ensure she understands and can deliver what clients and candidates are looking for.

Sarah is a highly driven and innovative individual who enjoys a challenge. She believes in running a business wholly focused on client and candidate

Karen Templeton

The first face you see when entering our office is Karen our Office Manager. Karen joined us in October 2003 with an impressive record in the aerospace and recruitment arenas. She is responsible for managing the busy reception area, processing CV’s and candidates, updating the website, advertising and supervising all IT resources. She gives full admin support to our team of consultants and ensures the smooth running of the office. Karen is well known by many of our temporary staff as she deals with their timesheets and payroll.

Sue Champion

Sue joined Resource with a strong, stable background in recruitment.  She is now responsible for recruiting permanent staff in the local area for large corporate companies and SME’s alike. Sue enjoys interviewing and screening potential candidates and feels her experience and maturity give her the insight to accurately match the right candidate with the right job. A thorough knowledge and understanding of the businesses in the area adds an extra dimension to her portfolio of skills.

Lyida Evans

Lydia joined Resource with a successful background in sales. Now working closely with Sue she now makes up a valuable part of the permanent recruitment team sourcing the most suitable Candidates. As with all the Consultants, screening and interviewing them face-to-face is paramount. Lydia then enjoys the challenge of matching the Candidates with the right job role and is particularly pleased when high calibre Candidates re-register with her for their next challenge.

Katherine Mesri AREC

Has a broad history of recruitment skills gained within commercial and technical sectors.  In her role Katherine is concentrating on increasing candidate flow - attracting high calibre candidates in this area is a challenging task. Katherine also utilises her knowledge of the local area to get involved in Business Development and building relationships with local business support organisations, giving Resource Recruitment that extra dimension in gaining an understanding of customers’ needs. 

Claire Hudson DipRP

With over 4 years experience in the recruitment industry Claire cultivates ‘new business generation’ for the Commercial and Accountancy Division, for permanent and temporary positions. She contributes towards the interesting variety of roles Resource Recruitment has to offer and is at the fore front of the constantly changing requirements of our Clients.
